November Winter Slam College Showcase - Almost time for First Pitch!

It's almost time for first pitch and I wanted to send a couple of reminders and IMPORTANT notes.

  • Please make sure you players have completed the roster form.  TM had a glitch that wouldn't allow me to request rosters.  They have fixed it now, but over half of the teams have already utilized this form.  So please compete this. Sorry for the inconvenience.  

ROSTER FORM

  • The schedule is live and college coaches have been assigned to the dugouts.  Please allow and encourage college coach participation with your athletes.  
  • Please remember to report your scores to (419) 540-2136 at the end of each game. 

I have a note from the TOCA Dome regarding the facilities for this weekend.  Please read carefully.  

  • As a reminder, there is limited warm up space in the dome.  They are going to make space available for warmups on Saturday.  Less on Sunday.  Please note that this is not necessary.  You can utilize the limited space inside the dome, it's what we usually do anyway.  But they do have some space and are allowing teams to rent space inside the adjacent building if you would like.  

From the dome:
ADDITIONAL WARMUP SPACE: 
Field Warmup Space will be $30/half hour. Field 2 will be divided into 4 corner quad spaces.  Field 1 will be divided up in halves for two teams at a time!
Sat: Field 1 Available from 11am-6pm
       Field 2 Available from 1-6pm
Sun: No Field Space Warmup Available Due to Wrestling Tourney

Tunnel Warmup Space will be $15/half hour.
Sat: All Tunnels available from 1-6pm
Sun: All Tunnels available from 8am-6pm

Hopefully this helps teams out!  Please make sure they come to front desk to take care of the rental at the tournament discounted price!  We will have signage explaining this as well at all location/spaces.





Please read the parking note.  
There is big wrestling tournament in the building connected to the dome, which will impact parking.  





From the Dome:
Just a reminder for parking on Sunday.

Remind your teams/parents/coaches that it would be best to park in parking lot back by DOME and they can enter through access closest to DOME.  

If they park there on Saturday then it would be easier to remember for Sunday.  Sunday, parking out front of Main Building will be strictly for Wrestling Tournament teams/parents/coaches.









  • As a reminder, game times are 1:20, drop dead.  Revert back rules will apply for scoring purposes, but have no impact on your ability to showcase your players!
  • Exercise great sportsmanship this weekend.
